ENVE Composites Alloy Road Front Hub
A forged aluminum blank is transformed by a CNC lathe into a lightweight hub shell. The newly developed hub flanges avoid premature fatigue of the spokes, while the special insert results in higher rigidity and simultaneous weight savings. To ensure a smooth, fast rolling action in the aluminum road hub, it has special, high-quality bearing shells and balls made of stainless steel, which guarantee optimal corrosion protection under any conditions or intended use. The outer bearings are completely sealed to keep out any dirt. In the hub interior, contactless seals are used to reduce rolling resistance. The maintenance effort is further minimized thanks to Perfect Preload technolog, which also noticeably increases the service life of the bearings and eliminates the need to readjust preload. - Hub drilling: 24 holes
ENVE Composites Carbon Road Front Hub
A full-carbon road hub that improves drive response, saves weight, and increases wheel build stiffness via a refined hub flange geometry and lacing pattern. The hub's new geometry is paired with a high-engagement ratchet and premium stainless steel bearings, making this the highest performance road hub available. The Carbon Road Hub is for cyclists who want light weight, maximum efficiency, strength, and reliability. The new ENVE Carbon Road Hub builds upon the first generation carbon road hub's legacy by addressing the previous design's shortcomings and improving upon its strengths. First, we scrapped the drive system of the previous design in order to create the opportunity to design a more efficient hub shell with optimal flange geometries and engagement. After an extensive study of build geometry we settled on a hub shell geometry that delivers 16% more lateral stiffness when compared to the first generation carbon hub shell, and is on par with the leading hubs in the industry in terms of lateral stiffness. Additionally, the flanges of the hub have been completely redesigned to prevent premature spoke fatigue and feature a new spoke hole pattern that increases drive stiffness and reduces weight. To keep the Carbon Road Hub rolling smooth and fast, we opted for high-grade custom stainless steel bearings and races to prevent corrosion in any condition or environment. The outer bearings are fully sealed to eliminate debris from entering while the internal seals are non-contact to reduce rolling resistance. To reinforce the low maintenance objectives of these hubs, we developed what we call "Perfect Preload." Perfect Preload means that you'll never need to set or adjust the preload of your hubs, and bearing life is prolonged. - Hub drilling: 20 holes

ENVE Composites Alloy Road Disc Front Hub
An ENVE worthy road, gravel, and cyclocross hub designed and engineered to raise the bar of hub performance compared to current industry leading hubs by delivering more efficient wheel builds, improved power transmission, and reliability via a low-maintenance design. Who It's For Cyclists who would rather spend their time riding than maintaining their wheelset will find the ENVE Road Hub is the solution. ENVE hubs feature Perfect Preload which means no more hub slop, frustrating adjustments, or prematurely worn bearings. Stainless steel bearings and races keep corrosion at bay, while premium external seals prevent contamination. The ENVE Road Hub is for riders. Why We Made It ENVE's mission statement is to create a better ride experience through a combination of science and insight. The science is what our engineering team is expert at. The insight comes from the ride experiences of ENVE employees, athletes, ambassadors, and customers. Ultimately, the ENVE Road Hub is the embodiment of our mission and delivers a better ride experience. Here's how: first, billet is forged, then precision machined into a lightweight hub shell that features optimized flange spacing and geometry for responsive and optimally stiff wheel builds that inspire confidence when accelerating and cornering. The freehub body is machined from 7075 alloy and hard anodized to reduce cog bite. Additionally, the freehub body can be removed without tools, and switching between Campy, Shimano, and SRAM can be accomplished without re-dishing the wheel. Housed behind the freehub body is a 40T ratchet-style drive system that delivers efficient and responsive power transmission in a highly reliable, virtually maintenance-free package. The bearings and races are stainless steel to withstand the elements and provide a smooth ride, miles beyond what the competition is spec'ing in their hubs and wheelsets. To further maximize rolling efficiency, non-contact bearing seals are used on all internal bearings where contamination is not a concern. Perfect Preload ensures the hubs will not develop lateral play or bearing slop over time. We make hubs so that the world's best rims or whatever your rims of choice may be can be built into wheelsets that require less maintenance, inspire more confidence, and help you achieve more speed with greater efficiency. It's the ENVE way. - Hub drilling: 24 holes
