There’s nothing middle of the road about the 808 Firecrest. At 82mm deep, it’s all out aero. Thanks to refinements to Zipp’s revolutionary Firecrest rim shape to be tubeless compatible and optimized for wider tires, the 808 Firecrest Carbon Clincher Tubeless Disc brake is ideal for the new era of disc brake road riding and racing.
Without the constraints of rim brake caliper compatibility or brake-track requirements, the Firecrest Carbon Clincher Tubeless Disc-brake wheels offer the increased stopping power and modulation of disc brakes and a whole lot more.
To maximize the aero performance of the wheels, Zipp’s ABLC dimples extend all the way to the outer edge of the disc-specific rims. The wheels are also optimized for wider tires to meet the performance needs of modern riders in search of low rolling resistance and aero efficiency with high comfort. The deeper Firecrest Tubeless Disc brake has an internal width of 19mm and are aerodynamically optimized for 25mm wide tires. With the introduction of the radical biomimicry-derived 454 NSW Carbon Clincher, Zipp proved that aero efficiency and crosswind stability are not mutually exclusive aero wheel design goals. Using a similar Sawtooth rim design, the 858 NSW wheelset goes 24 millimeters deeper than the 454 and delivers even greater gains in aero efficiency while providing a level of rider control in crosswinds that was previously unthinkable with conventional deep-section wheel designs.
By eliminating concerns over control, the 858 NSW ushers in a new era where aerodynamically efficient deep-section wheels are no longer a race-day-only option—they’re everyday wheels. Adding to the 858’s versatility, its lightweight and laterally stiff rim imparts a level of responsiveness previously only attributed to much shallower wheels, keeping bike handling lively and quick. The 858 delivers the best braking available thanks to Zipp's NSW-exclusive Showstopper brake track found on the rim brake version of the 858 NSW. Designed for road or triathlon applications, the 858 NSW’s advanced aero efficiency, crosswind stability, responsive handling, and unrivaled braking are engineered to make what was once impossible…possible.

First came our CLX 64. Then the 32s. And after racking up multiple wins in Grand Tours, Worlds, and everything in between, we knew that our best bet was to take the line to new heights, or well, new depths. We needed to design one wheel that was a true quiver killer. One wheel that had all the aerodynamic benefits of the 64 in a package that climbed like the 32, and that's where the all-new CLX 50 comes in.
When we set out to create the CLX 50, we had clear goals in mind, create wheels that are 48 to 54mm deep, aerodynamically optimized, ultra-wide, and under 1400 grams. This meant that they'd have to borrow some weight savings techniques that we developed for the CLX 32, while taking some aero guidance from the CLX 64, if we were going to create what we like to call ""the unicorn wheel.""
Even though the CLX 50 is similar in weight to many wheels in the ""lightweight"" category, aerodynamics came at the forefront of the development. With this, we jumped headlong into Computational Fluid Dynamics computer modeling to arrive at various rim shapes that could make the CLX 50 as fast and light as possible. It took a while, but we narrowed the rim shape down to three contenders that were then CNC machined into rims, built into wheels, and put into the Win Tunnel. In the tunnel, we tested every wheel, ours and the competition's, with a 24C tire (measuring 26C), as tires can drastically affect testing. We chose a modern-width tire to design our rims around, because they not only allow for less tire pressure (which results in more comfort and less rolling resistance) but are also just as aerodynamically efficient when paired with the correct rim width.
After finding the optimized rim shape that supported our svelte weight requirements, we opted to lace the rims, via 21 DT Swiss Aerolite spokes, to our Aero Flange (AF) hub with the legendary CeramicSpeed bearings and DT 240 hub internals. And when it was time for final testing validation, we were left with a 50mm-deep, 770-gram clincher wheelset that's not only 200 grams lighter than the competition's similar depth wheel, but is also measurably faster in every conceivable test than each wheel in its category.

When we set out to create a lightweight tubular disc wheel, we didn't want it to be ""just another climbing wheel."" We wanted to provide the lightest disc wheelset available with the aerodynamic attributes of something twice its depth. It was a tall order, but in the end, our CLX 32 Tubular Disc not only not only delivers on this in spades, but it also provides incredible brake modulation and power in all conditions, increased impact resistance, and a disc-specific carbon layup that increases strength while decreasing weight.
Our design process started with a low overall weight at the forefront, as we knew what weight we could hit with the information and technology we had available. With that weight in mind, we then turned our focus to aerodynamics and began an iterative process of designing and testing over 150 individual rims to find the optimal shape. These innumerable Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) models, Win Tunnel hours, and shots of espresso left us with a 32mm-deep shape that boasts more logged wind tunnel time than any other wheel in its category. Once we found the most aerodynamic shape, at the 32-millimter depth, we came back to the weight focus and proceeded to experiment with over 40 different layup methods to reach our desired weight. And this made the CLX 32 lighter and faster than every other competitor in the lightweight wheel category.
For this CLX 32, we mated the rim to our Aero Flange (AF) series hub with DT Swiss Aero spokes to create the best overall system. This results in a 680-gram, front wheel with an extremely low inertia value. In cycling, inertia relates to the amount of force it takes to accelerate or decelerate, so wheels that are built with lightweight rims, like the CLX 32, result in a lower inertia value that creates a lively wheel that allows you to accelerate, decelerate, and change direction with less effort. But why so wide? Well, additional width does three primary things for a rim, it provides additional structural strength, it allows for a clean rim and tire interface when using wide tires (resulting in enhanced aerodynamics and faster rolling properties), and it better supports the tire in hard cornering. This boosts both predictable grip and confidence when things get twisty on the descents.
Each rear wheel also employs the legendary CeramicSpeed bearings and comes with our padded wheelbag, quick-release, tubeless plugs, tubeless valve, and SwissStop Black Prince brake pads.

What It Is
The definitive mountain wheel. The M6 Series defines the modern and varied interpretation of the mountain bike. Loaded with traction and acceleration on the climb, it's also backed with precision and control while absorbing vibrations and impacts on the descent. The M6 Series is designed in two diameters and three widths to ensure your sophisticated preference for tire size and pressure is met with an uncompromising tire-to-rim interface.
Who It's For
The mountain biker who wonders what is possible, the skeptic afraid of "plastic" wheels, the weight weenie, the Clydesdale, the high-mileage guy, the weekend warrior. It would be easier to describe who it is not for…
Why We Made It
ENVE showed the world that a mountain bike wheel could be carbon — we're still immensely proud of that achievement. A mountain bike wheel, however, can be so much more. The M6 Series is not about technical challenges, and we refuse to chase specifications in order to be the widest, tallest, or stiffest. For the M6 Series of wheels, the question was not about carbon, rather, "What is the potential of a mountain bike wheel?"
Each M6 Series wheel model is designed for the broad range of tire widths, hub configurations, and sizes so that you, the modern trail rider, can choose between them.

What It Is
A purpose built XC wheelset without limitations. Light enough to race, strong enough to ride daily. Reduced fatigue and a more compliant ride through shape, laminate, and spoke-hole optimization.
Who It's For
Modern XC racers and riders who demand equal uphill to downhill performance, light weight, durability, and vertical compliance for long hours in the saddle.
Why We Made It
Carbon fiber is responsible for unlocking the potential of bigger and wider tires on mountain bikes. Today, riders can improve comfort, efficiency, and control by adapting their mountain bikes perfectly for the terrain and trails. Undoubtedly, this means they can go further and faster with more confidence. Complement increased tire volume and rim width with a modern XC tread, and you've got an effective system, maximized for both up- and downhill. The result is a purpose-built full-carbon fiber XC wheelset that is lighter, wider, and more vertically compliant without sacrificing strength or reliability. Additionally, the M525 features ENVE's patent pending wide hookless beads that improve pinch flat resistance and allow riders to run modern light weight XC tires with a reduced risk of pinch-flatting or impact damage.

ENVE AM30 Carbon Wheelsets use a 30mm inside width rim that is tuned for compliance and damping for performance on All-Mountain, Enduro, and Trail riders.
- 30mm internal rim width
- Gravity rated impact strength
- Rim shape tuned for compliance and damping
- Wide Hookless Bead Anti-pinch flat technology

This wheel is the future of gravity riding and racing. It's ride-optimized, incredibly strong, and debuts the most effective and lightest anti-flat system on the market (ENVE's patent-pending Protective Rim Strip). These wheels will give downhill-oriented riders a new freedom to set their tire pressure for cornering and rock garden stability without sacrificing their confidence to smash track speeds.
Who It's For
Gravity junkies, Enduro racers, and hard-charging trail riders will find enlightenment riding the M7 Series. A completely new shape and design that massively reduces the risk of pinch flatting and/or damaging the carbon, the M7 Series provides the confidence to ride without limitations.
Why We Made It
Enduro runs on two things – Confidence and Control. Nothing ruins a good shred fest like a flat tire or broken rim, and nothing spooks you on a dusty trail like an unexpected drift. With this in mind, we have been hard at work over the past 2 years to develop a carbon wheel system that will allow ourselves, athletes, and most importantly – you – to go "full-send" without compromising the ride experience by running high tire pressures, DH tires, and heavy pinch flat reduction inserts.
Building upon the platform of the M7 Series' predecessor the M70, we re-profiled the rim to mate up with modern tires and to absorb trail vibrations and chatter. However, just fitting tires is not enough. We know that riders also want the freedom to run lower pressure and that doing so can introduce flat tires and damaged rims. The ENVE solution is a new rim shape paired with ENVE's patent-pending, energy-absorbing Protective Rim Strip. With this technology, riders can skip the inserts and run the tires and pressures they want. Amazingly, we've managed to keep the weight neutral and improve impact resistance too.

What It Is
The SES 3.4 AR is the embodiment of the modern disc brake-only road wheelset. Aerodynamically optimized for high-volume tires (28 - 32mm), lightweight for long days in the mountains, high volume for all roads, and arguably the most versatile wheelset ENVE has ever made.
Science & Insight
In 2016 we launched the SES 4.5 AR, a wheelset ahead of its time. Since then, road riders, frame manufacturers, and tire makers have all caught the high-volume vision which has propelled the one-of-its-kind 4.5 AR to be our most popular wheel in North America where the high-volume all-road movement has gained the most traction. As more bikes are created that can accommodate tire clearances up to 32mm, we saw the need to create a more versatile, climber-friendly SES AR wheelset, and the SES 3.4 AR was born.

Points of Differentiation

What It Is
A wheel that is the perfect complement to your electric-assist mountain bike. Durable and reliable for hour-after-hour of off-road mountain riding, this wheel is gravity rated for impact damage and features the un-pinchable Protective Rim Strip that will protect your high volume 2.6 – 2.8" tires against those ride-crushing pinch flats. Built around the most reliable spokes and hubs in the market, this is no overbuilt and heavy wheel, but a lively performance-bred upgrade for your e-MTB.
Who It's For
If your new e-MTB is a coffee shop cruiser and dirt path commuter, you are going to love it, but you don’t need ENVE. These wheels are built for riders who choose electrical assist over lifts and shuttles but have all the same expectations when it’s time to head downhill. E-MTB’s are planted and allow riders to carry speed with confidence. These wheels will stoke that confidence with their ability to shake off brutal impacts and carry on, pinch-flat and damage-free, over-and-over again.
E-MTBs are expanding riding into new areas and new demographics. They expose new riders to MTB riding, but they put an incredible stress on wheels and shred tires. Increased loads on gears and brakes quickly fatigue aluminum rims and high volume treads are easy to pinch flat. ENVE’s high impact carbon structure and protective rim strip are perfectly suited to the needs of e-MTB riders. The best performance upgrade for your e-MTB, just like any bike, is a lightweight, responsive, and durable wheelset. But when it comes to riding e-MTB in big-mountain terrain, there is no substitute for the confidence of the M735E with Protective Rim Strip.

What It Is
The M930 is heir to the crown and designed to maintain ENVE's legacy as "the carbon downhill wheel." Now stronger, wider, and available in both 27.5 and 29-inch versions, the M930 also features our revolutionary patent-pending ENVE Protective Rim Strip. Built to continue the run of countless world cup podiums, two world championships, and one world cup overall, the M930 is more wheel than you will ever need and exactly what you want.
Who It's For
The world's best downhill racers and those aspiring to be the best.
Why We Made It
The world's best athletes don't rest on their laurels, and neither do we. The success we have achieved on the world stage is made possible through a carefully orchestrated development program akin to what one sees in the sport of Formula One.
The M930 was designed to be the uncontested king of downhill. This means keeping you in control when possible and keeping you moving forward when not. Every piece of carbon in the M930 has been carefully placed to serve a purpose – be it lateral stiffness, impact resistance, power transfer, suspension feel, or ride compliance. In addition to a purpose-built full-carbon fiber laminate, the M930 features ENVE's patent-pending Protective Rim Strip technology. This technology reduces pinch flats, absorbs large amounts of energy, and if you ever do experience a cracked rim – the system is designed to create an independent seal between the tire and rim ensuring that a cracked rim doesn't equate to a flat tire.

What It Is
A tubular climbing wheel with an aero advantage designed to be ridden in the mountains.
Who it's for
Road cyclists who prefer tubular tires, yet require maximum versatility for riding in mountainous terrain and variable weather conditions.
Why we made it
Since the introduction of the original SES 3.4, we’ve implemented new design concepts across the SES lineup that result in a faster wheel and improved ride experience. The SES 3.4 features 25mm tire optimization, molded carbon brake track technology, and optimized SES aero rim shaping to ensure maximum efficiencies for a shallow aero wheel. Equally at home in the mountains as in the valleys, the SES 3.4 is the most versatile Smart ENVE System aero wheel. Like all SES wheel models, the SES 3.4 features dissimilar rim shapes and geometries between the front and back wheels to maximize aerodynamic efficiency and rideability in variable wind and weather conditions. The front rim is 38mm deep and shallower than the rear rim to aid in crosswind stability while rear rim is 42mm deep and therefore improves overall airflow. For riding in mountainous terrain where heavy braking is required, the SES 3.4 features a high-temperature-resistant resin system and ENVE's molded-in brake track technology to ensure rim integrity and precision braking when and where it is needed most.

What It Is
The ultimate everyday carbon fiber cycling wheelset and choice of Team Dimension Data.
Who it's for
Road cyclists and triathletes who prefer tubular tires and are looking to minimize the trade-off between aerodynamics, lightweight, and stability.
Why we made it
Because from the moment the first prototypes made the rounds at ENVE, it's been the house favorite. The SES 4.5 rounds out the Smart ENVE System wheel line as a true mid-depth everyday cycling race wheelset. Additionally, the SES 4.5 features a refined shape and construction that yields better acceleration, cornering, impact resistance, and weight savings.
