The super lightweight, race-ready frame and capable build come together with textbook BMC precision, cutting-edge integration, and scrupulously developed Gravel+ geometry. For our ground-up development of the URS, we focused on the demands of three riding styles: the ambitious gravel racer; the high-mileage, backroad adventure rider; and the long-haul, bikepacking cyclist. To meet this range of rider demands, we developed our Tuned Compliance Concept Gravel, which utilizes a gravel-dedicated carbon frame and fork layup and 10mm of Micro Travel Technology damping for optimum compliance and traction on rough terrain. Throw in our groundbreaking progressive Gravel geometry, sleek cockpit integration for a custom fit, 45mm tire clearance, plus rack and fender compatibility, and you have a machine primed for ripping backroad terrain, with or without a number plate.

Shifting Performance
Electronic shifting systems use powerful servomotors to rapidly shift the chain. Because microprocessors and sensors constantly monitor every aspect of the system, they shift with precisely and without chain rub.
Customization
Many major systems have customizable shifting. Some have the ability to add remote shifters for common riding positions, and some even allow you to change the functions of the shifting buttons.
Dependability
Electronic groupsets are responsive and consistent. There are no cables to stretch and wear out, so you get a flawless shift every time. The added bonus is you’ll never have to replace a derailleur cable ever again.
