Shipping Options
We ship throughout the U.S., but there is no shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
All of our shipments are made via FedEx Ground with a tracking number. Orders are typically shipped within one business day of being placed.

In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes. Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time for transfer from off-site locations, while others may require extra time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup.
If you need an item immediately, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading to the store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders must be picked up within 30 days, or a 25% restocking fee will be charged.
Returns/Exchange
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY ON APPAREL, FOOTWEAR, AND ANY ITEM OTHER THAN BICYCLES, FRAMES, RIMS, SPECIAL ORDERS, CUSTOM BUILDS, AND DEPOSITS
To qualify for a full refund/exchange, merchandise must be in new, unused, unworn, and unaltered condition. It must have the original ticket attached or be in its original packaging, accompanied by the original receipt, within 30 days of purchase.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY ON BICYCLES, FRAMES, AND RIMS
A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned bicycles, frames, and rims. To qualify for a full refund/exchange on items purchased from any of our locations' in-stock inventory, the item must be in new, unused, or unridden condition. Items cannot be scratched, altered, or dented. The item must be in showroom condition or in its original packaging, accompanied by the original receipt, within 7 days of purchase.
ITEMS CANNOT BE REGISTERED BY YOU ON THE MANUFACTURER'S WEBSITE. WE WILL VERIFY THIS, AS WARRANTIES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE.
SPECIAL ORDERS, CUSTOM BUILDS, AND DEPOSITS POLICY
All sales are final. Deposits can only be refunded in full if the order has not shipped and can be canceled with the manufacturer. If the item ordered cannot be canceled, you will receive store credit for the full amount of your deposit.
Labor fees are non-refundable.
Information Security
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to access your transaction details. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only show the last five digits of your credit card number. You also have the option to choose whether or not to save your credit card information in your Online Account.
We sometimes use third-party service providers to perform functions on our behalf, such as fulfilling orders and delivering packages. These providers may need access to some personal information to carry out their duties, but they are not permitted to use this information for other purposes.
Prices and Information
Our website is designed to assist you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog and strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we provide. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist, regardless of the source of the error.
